In
the years I have been in practice treating biomechanical injuries,
I have found myself not only educating the patient about their
injury, but also lecturing about how to get the most out of
their training.
The
motivational series starts with "Crashing
The Pain Barrier", which can be summed up, "you are
what you think." The next title to be read, "The
Power Stroke in Running", gives you the biomechanical
information crystallized like no other article I have ever
read, while the third article"4RT"
tells you how to train to crash the pain barrier.
This
stuff works for me. Try it for 12 weeks and see what it does
for you.
